We do accept Purchase Orders (POs). Please make the PO payable to the RoboNation, Inc., 2700 S. Quincy Street, Ste. 400, Arlington, VA 22206.
All orders must be placed online on our website www.seaperch.org Order Kits & Parts. We do not process phoned, faxed, emailed, or mailed orders.
Log in to your SeaPerch account and click on the picture to purchase kits, parts and merchandise then click on the blue box to order kits and parts.
On next screen you will choose the option to order kits and parts and enter information to register a new SeaPerch program and order kits and parts. You will then enter in the program information, click the blue box at bottom right to continue to events.
After entering in the event information you will click on the blue box at bottom right to continue to order details. Now select the quantity of the items you wish to purchase and click continue at bottom right.
The next screen will show the shipping and billing information and the summary of your order along with sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges, click continue to program details.
Fill in program details and then click continue. The next screen is the submit form program summarizing all your information and the option to choose to pay now with a credit card or invoice me. Choose the invoice me option, enter in your purchase order number and upload your purchase order (Word or PDF format).
Your invoice will arrive within 5 to 7 business days via the billing email address you provide when ordering. Kit orders are shipped as orders are received and processed. You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking information once your order is shipped.
